We are looking for someone to fill the following position

Global Senior Digital Brand Manager (m/f/d)


for our international Consumer & Digital Strategy team in MAM HQ in Vienna on a full-time basis.

Your tasks:

  • Managing, monitoring and adapting the company’s global digital brand strategy for owned, earned and paid media
  • Be an expert consultant to our individual affiliates’ marketing teams (in e.g. US, France, UK, Brazil and China) and support them driving exceptional ROI results in digital media performance
  • Leading the creation of compelling, innovative and engaging global digital media campaigns for owned and paid social media channels
  • Creating, managing and continuously optimizing a content plan to ensure a fully optimized user experience along all relevant digital touchpoints (email, website, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analyzing social listening insights, global influencer cooperations, owned channels’ KPIs and industry trends to generate strong insights for actionable recommendations
  • Leading and mentoring a team of a content manager and a digital media manager
  • Management of retained agencies (digital communication and media buying) to deliver together with your team top performing creatives and campaigns that are aligned with the company’s global brand DNA
  • Most importantly, have fun with our brand, our online communities and be the advocate of our consumers

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Brand Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience working in digital marketing, ideally in an affiliate of an international company and / or a media agency
  • Background in managing media campaigns across multiple channels, such as Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Google is a plus
  • Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Falcon or Sprinklr, influencer management tools such as Traackr, Facebook BM and Google Analytics
  • Experience with digital user experience projects
  • A people manager - you can lead, motivate and coach individuals to new heights. You are someone who takes pride in developing talents as well as yourself
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented as well as clear, concise, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with many different stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German and English – additional languages are beneficial
