We are looking for someone to fill the following position

Market Research Manager (m/f/d)


for our team in Vienna on a full-time basis. In this position, you are responsible for the execution and supervision of different quantitative and qualitative market research studies in different countries and report to the Teamlead International Market Research. You will act as an internal expert for consumer and market needs.

Your tasks:

  • Conduct and coordinate market research studies in order to answer specific business questions and to gain relevant knowledge about our consumers
  • Responsible for all stages of market research projects incl. conception, set-up, questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting and presentation
  • Creating insightful reports and presentations addressing different stakeholders (internal and external) and their respective professional background
  • Using research knowledge to develop relevant recommendations with business impact
  • Analyzing data, visualizing insights and communicating the findings using clear and appealing reports (e.g. via SPSS, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Making use of a wide range of different market research tools and methods in an international context, with the majority of projects being conducted outside Austria
  • Working in close contact with brand management, commercial excellence, affiliates, R&D as well as external agencies
  • Responsible for the recruitment of participants (mainly online) and the field management

Your profile:

  • University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Market Research or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 4 years professional experience in market research, ideally both independent project implementation as well as in cooperation with international agencies
  • Advanced experience and proficiency in SPSS (descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, cross tables, t-test, variance analysis, parametric-free tests, etc.)
  • Experience as an Interviewer beneficial
  • Excellent theoretical and practical skills in statistics and methodology
  • A strong ability to derive crystal clear insights and recommendations from complex research findings is key
  • Professional conduct and confident presentation style as well as analytical thinking and passionate about working with data
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent written and verbal German and English skills as well as professional use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

We ensure strict confidentiality and due to §9 Abs. 2 GlBG we are required to set the minimum wage for this position which will be EUR 2.693,51 gross/month. Nevertheless, we won´t settle for minimum requirements – you won´t either.
