We are looking for someone to fill the following position

Senior Area Sales Manager Europe (m/f/d)

:

for our Area Sales team in Vienna on a full-time basis. In this position, you are the main point of contact for our local sales teams of our affiliates, network partner of local sales & key account managers.

Your tasks:

  • Set up sales KPIs and follow-up on gaps, pricing strategies & tactics
  • Challenge local sales strategies, act as a consultant for best in class & diverse retail strategy, ensure that strong action plans are in place
  • Build brand confidence & coherence with local affiliate teams as well as analyzing and channelling market trends
  • Co-create & co-develop efficient distribution, pricing & market strategy
  • Building and sharing best practices for category management, inventory management and trade marketing
  • Establish strong trade stories and retail storytelling to build confident local sales teams
  • Manage operations and launch preparation for affiliates and distribution partners
  • Analyze and channel market trends
  • At times: prepare market entries and evaluate new business opportunities for a specific country or region / exit-management and closing of markets
  • Build a strong expert network of sales & key account experts and act as business developer

Your profile:

  • University degree in economics with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Key Account management in an international context
  • Experience with Consumer- / Health Care-Products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and very good business understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and social intelligence
  • Reliable, hands-on, highly motivated
  • Proactive personality, result-driven and solution-oriented team player
  • Willingness to travel (~30%, about twice a month)
  • Excellent English- and German skills in writing and speaking are mandatory, additional languages are beneficial
